- Elderberry (Sambucus Nigra) - Elderberries are another natural source of antioxidants and vitamins, particularly Vitamin C.
- Calendula (Calendula off.) - Calendula flowers contain antibacterial properties.
- Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis) - Rosemary has anti-oxidant properties which help to protect the immune system and improve resistance against bacteria and viruses.
Take one capsule daily with a glass of water to as a preventative measure to support immune health. Hello Immunity can also be taken to relieve symptoms of a cold or sore throat and in this situation one capsule taken every morning and evening until you feel better is the optimum dose. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.
