100% Barley Grass Juice Powder

This light green powder has a pleasant sweet, malty taste with a green leaf flavour similar to fresh spinach.

The powder is easily mixed into smoothies and cool drinks. In order to preserve the nutrients it is recommended that the Barley Grass Juice Powder is stirred into warmed food as it cools or used in dishes which require no cooking or baking. Barley Grass suits both sweet and savoury recipes.

Instructions for Use

A suggested concentration in liquid is 2tsp per 240-250ml.
