This delicious traditional Baba Ganoush is made with grilled aubergines, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and a touch of organic cane sugar. Tahini adds a roasted & sweet nutty flavor to the Baba Ganoush recipe. It has a distinct smoky aroma and is best served as mezze with warm pita, raw crispy vegetable sticks, or tortilla chips.
