  • Reconstitutes easily: 1 part powder to 3 parts water for egg consistency.

Whole Egg Powder is a premium, spray-dried egg product made purely from whole hen eggs, offering the rich flavour, functional properties, and high nutritional value of fresh eggs in a convenient, shelf-stable form. With 48g protein per 100g, and natural fats and minerals inherent in egg, it's ideal for boosting protein and adding structure, moisture, and emulsification in recipes that normally rely on whole eggs. Because it is powdered, it's easier to store, transport, and measure without waste or broken shells.
