Japanese Udon Noodles are thick noodles made primarily from wheat flour.
These Clearpring Udon Noodles are made from a mixture of organic brown rice (one-third)
and organic wheat flour (two-thirds). Like all Udon Noodles, these noodles
absorb flavour and are often used in soup-based dishes such as ramen. They are
general-purpose noodles and suitable for many purposes, taking on the flavour of
what is around them.
Because this udon contains brown rice flour, it is firmer and has a slightly different
flavour to regular udon, with more "bite".
