Contains Shiitake mushroom and Shoyu Soy Sauce.
Tsuyu is a rich and flavoursome stock made from Japanese Forest Mushrooms (Shiitake), Johsen Shoyu Soya Sauce, Mikawa Sweet Rice Wine Mirin and Kombu Sea Vegetable.
To use, dilute and warm up to make savoury soups and noodle broths. It can be used in dressings marinades. Tsuyu is also a delicious dip for vegetable and fish tempura, dumplings and other Japanese delicacies.
