Milk Powder is made by evaporating milk into a dry powder. Powdered milk is used in baking and confectionery production. It is suited to recipes that require the mixture to remain dry or concentrated. Another advantage of milk powder is that the shelf life is considerably longer than bottled milk.

One 400g packet makes approximately 6½ pints when mixed with water.
