Directions
  • Two capsules provide enough nutrients to support your hair, skin and nails.
  • This formula contains fat-soluble nutrients, so it's best to take them with a meal containing fat for optimum absorption.
  • This formula is brimming with B vitamins, which play an important role in energy production. So they're best taken in the morning or early afternoon to power you through your day.
