Toffee Apple Porridge

  • Suggested toppings: 1 apple sliced, coconut flakes, almond nut butter and coconut blossom nectar.

Method

  1. Add the buckwheat groats, chopped dried apple, chopped dates, maca powder and milk to a pan and bring to a simmer.
  2. Simmer for 5 – 10 minutes or until the buckwheat has plumped up and softened.
  3. Add more milk if desired and serve. Add your favourite toppings. We love adding sliced apple, almond butter and coconut nectar!
