Spinach is famous for its high iron content. It is a dark leafy green that can be added to just about anything, which is perfect if you want to incorporate extra iron and vitamin C into the diet. For example, add to ratatouilles , spaghetti bolognese, lasagne, curry, dhal, soups and broths.

Tinned spinach is a great way to store spinach for long periods of time - no need to worry about it wilting in the fridge, this tinned spinach is ready to use straight from the cupboard.

This spinach contains no additives, colours or chemicals. Just spinach leaf in water with a pinch of salt.

Directions:

Tip contents of can into a sieve and allow to drain. Add to boiling water or straight to your curry or stock.
