Thai Green Lentil Curry with Lemongrass & Thai Basil
We've cooked green lentils and mung beans with coconut cream, green beans, red pepper, spinach, Thai basil and lemongrass to create this aromatic Thai Green Curry. Enjoy on its own or serve with rice for a delicious, gourmet meal.
Simple to prepare: Best enjoyed hot.
- Microwave: Tear a 2cm opening at the top and heat for 90 seconds at 1000W or 2 mins at 700W.
- Hob: Empty contents into a pan and heat through on a low heat.
