Ready-to-use Thai Curry Paste

Use this Thai Green Curry Paste when you want an authentic tasting curry without the hassle of preparing each herb and spice separately.

Directions

To make a Thai Green Curry for 2 people add ¼ of a jar to a pan with warm oil and fry off for around 2 minutes. This helps to release the flavours. Then add a 400g can of Coconut Milk and stir until hot. Add your meat/tofu/seafood and vegetables and cook until tender. Serve with rice such as Jasmine Brown Rice.
Ingredients
Water, Vegetable Oil, Lemongrass, Garlic Puree, Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract, Salt, Sugar), Bird's Eye Green Chill (5%), Green Peppers, Modified Maize Starch, Sugar, Thai Basil (2.5%), Galangal, Kaffir Lime Leaves (2%), Coriander, Cumin, Citric Acid, Salt, Cardamom Powder, Colour: Chlorophyll.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 weeks.
