To make a Thai Green Curry for 2 people add ¼ of a jar to a pan with warm oil and fry off for around 2 minutes. This helps to release the flavours. Then add a 400g can of Coconut Milk and stir until hot. Add your meat/tofu/seafood and vegetables and cook until tender. Serve with rice such as Jasmine Brown Rice.
