Tamarind is a sweet, tangy fruit with a lemony flavour, and is commonly used in curries. We offer sugar-free, salt-free and preservative-free tamarind pastes, and the familiar tamarind blocks. Tamarind can also be used in stir-fries and drinks, as well as barbecue sauces and jerk seasonings as well as many Indian dishes.
