Sukrin Sweetener is produced via a natural fermentation process from the Glucose naturally occurring in pears, melons and mushrooms. The granulated form of Sukrin looks and tastes exactly the same as white cane/beet sugar. It has around 75% of the sweet taste of regular sugar, but can generally be used in the same quantities.
Use in tea, coffee, hot chocolate; baking, cooking and jam making.
Ingredients
Sweetener Erythritol (of natural origin). Store in the resealable pouch provided.
