Pure Organic Palmyra Nectar Powder

  • Organic and unrefined.

  • Around 50% sweeter than cane sugar.
  • Contains B vitamins and has a Low GI.
Palmyra nectar powder has a wonderful toffee-caramel-like flavour with a fine flowing consistency. The granules are similar in size to caster sugar if not slightly finer still.

This cane sugar alternative is super sweet and can be used in smaller amounts than white sugar (dextrose). It has a GI of 35 making it a useful swap for those wanting to reduce their sugar intake.

SugaVida can be used to sweeten both savoury dishes such as Pad Thai or pasta sauces as well as baking and desserts.
