Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Vibrant & Fruity. A multi-generational family passion, this organically-farmed oil pairs perfectly with pasta, peppers, and even over yoghurt.

  • Polyphenols: 661 mg/kg.
  • Origin: Pedrera, Sevilla, Andalucía, Spain.
  • Process: Superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from mechanical (never heat or chemical) means; 0.16% acidity. The olives are milled within an hour of being picked in their mobile mill. This oil is filtered.

Tastes like...

  • Nose: Vine tomato, fresh-cut grass, black pepper.
  • Palate: Fresh with a medium bitterness and a striking pepperiness.

Pairs with... Pour over pastas and rice dishes. Shake it up on salads. Put this on peppers. Try it with everything from mango to Manchego.

Ingredients
100% olives from small batches. Nothin' but the juice, baby.

This early-harvest oil comes in at 661 mg/kg of total polyphenols, which is above the 250 mg/kg benchmark set by EU Regulation (No. 432/2012) about high-polyphenol olive oils.
