This Japanese Seaweed mix is ideal for serving as a salad. Simply soak in water for up to 10 minutes and serve. Can be mixed with other salads too. Contains 5 servings.
Directions
Soak this seaweed mix for 10 minutes before serving. No need to cook: eat hot or cold! Use in salads or simply add to soups (there is no need to soak if you add it to soups).
Add this seaweed mix to a stir-fry or use as a side-salad. The crunchy texture goes well with noodles and other vegetables.

Dried sea vegetables: wakame seaweed (Undaria pinnatifida), agar (Gelidium spp.), aka tsunomata (Chondrus ocellatus).
