Description

itsu's hand-folded rice noodles are served with a clean, satay style miso broth crafted in partnership with chef Monica Galetti. Ready in just five minutes, the steamed (never fried) noodles pair beautifully with the rich garlic and sesame notes of the broth. Enjoy as is or customise with fresh toppings like vegetables, meat, prawns, or a drizzle of soy, sesame, or chilli.

Directions

Open lid half-way
Remove sachets from pot & pour broth paste over noodles
Add boiling water to fill line & stir
Close lid & wait for 5 minutes, add toppings [optional]
Drizzle over sesame oil as desired

WARNING: Contents will be hot! Not suitable for microwaving.
