Nairn's award winning Rough Oatcakes are seriously oaty, so it's no surprise that they're one of our best sellers and a favourite of many serious oatcake fans up here in Scotland. Deliciously packed full of coarse, wholegrain oats, they're high in soluble and insoluble fibre. Not only that, but they are full of complex carbohydrates and rich in vitamins and minerals giving you a wholesome boost to help you get the most out of your day. Perfect as a blank canvas for your favourite topping (pretty much anything you can put in a sandwich can go on an oatcake!), with soup or on the side of a salad, they're a versatile staple every store cupboard should have. (Top tip - they're great for cooking with too as an alternative to breadcrumbs)
