Coconut Water 250ml (Aqua Coco)

200ml Coconut Water, plus another 200ml for making ice-cubes

Freeze Dried Pineapple 100g (Healthy Supplies)

2 Tbsp Freeze-dried Pineapple Pieces

Freeze Dried Banana Powder 100g (Healthy Supplies)

1 Tbsp Freeze-dried Banana Powder

Ground Cloves 50g (Hampshire Foods)

Pinch of Ground Cloves

Other Ingredients

  • 1 fresh apple, cored and roughly chopped.
  • Zest of half a lemon.

Method

  1. Fill an ice-cube tray with Coconut Water and freeze.
  2. In a liquidiser add the apple, 200ml Coconut Water, the Freeze-dried Pineapple pieces along with a generous pinch of lemon zest.
  3. Whizz until smooth.
  4. Fill a champagne glass with coconut water ice-cubes.
  5. Pour over the juice mix. Garnish with a final coconut ice-cube, a pinch of ground cloves, a little lemon zest and an apple slice.
