Tension Tamer Smoothie

- The Freeze Dried Banana adds natural sweetness.
- Makes enough for 1 large serving or two small.

250ml of chilled Chamomile Tea (use 1 Teabag)
2 Tbsp Freeze-dried Sliced Cherries
2 Tbsp Freeze-dried Banana Powder
25g of Cashew Nuts, preferably soaked overnight
1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
1 tsp Manuka Honey
- 1 small piece of fresh root ginger, peeled.
- Pour the cooled Chamomile Tea into your liquidiser then spoon in the Freeze Dried Cherries and Banana Powder. Add the Cashew Nuts, Sunflower Seeds, Root Ginger and Manuka Honey.
- Then whizz up all the ingredients for 30 seconds.
- Stir or shake (depending on your machine) and blend again for another 30-40 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency. Then serve.
