Gluten-Free Red Berry And Chia Muesli
This is a simple muesli made from Chia Seeds, our Freeze-Dried Berry Blend and gluten-free cereals. Enjoy with your favourite milk or milk alternative. Makes enough for one person!
2 tsp chia seeds
15g freeze dried berries.
30g Brown Rice Puffs
20g Corn Flakes
This Sugar-Free Almond Milk is a tasty alternative to normal milk. Pour the required amount over your bowl of cereal!
1 tsp honey to drizzle over everything
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy! We recommend making this muesli up to ‘order’ so to speak. Our freeze dried fruit can go soft if exposed to any type of moisture, so best to add these when you are ready to eat them. Enjoy with your favourite ice cold milk/milk alternative!
This recipe makes one bowl. Feel free to increase amounts if you are feeling particularly hungry!
