Orange & Cranberry Overnight Oats

Freeze Dried Cranberry Powder 100g

1 tsp of Cranberry Powder

Dried Cranberries 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)

25g Dried sweetened cranberries

Sunflower Seeds 1kg (Healthy Supplies)

1 Tbsp of Sunflower Seeds

Chia Seeds 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)

1-2 tsp of whole Chia Seed

Non-Dairy Milk Alternatives

130ml of the milk of your choice - either dairy milk or a nut milk such as rice milk or cashew milk

Other Ingredients

  • 30ml Orange Juice.
  • 2 tsp of Orange Zest.


  1. In a jar, large tumbler or bowl add all the dry ingredients and stir.
  2. Then pour over the milk, the orange juice and orange zest. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
  4. The porridge will have become thicker.
  5. Stir again before eating.
