Mellow Moments Smoothie
- Makes a rich, thick smoothie.
- Barley Grass blends gently with the other flavours.
- Sweetened only with Maple Syrup.
- Enough for 2-3 servings.
250ml coconut water
2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberry powder
1 tsp barley grass powder
2 tsp chia seeds
4 tsp maple syrup
Squeeze of lemon or lime juice
Half a large mango (or 1 small one)
- Peel and chop the mango straight into your liquidiser. Add the Coconut Water, Lemon/Lime Juice, Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder and Barley Grass Powder, Chia Seed and Maple Syrup.
- Whizz up for 30 seconds.
- Stir or shake (depending on your machine) and blend again for another 30-40 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency. Taste, add more Maple Syrup if you wish. Then serve.
