Nut, Seed & Fruit Bites

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
    2. Roughly chop almonds, hazelnuts & figs.
    3. Melt the coconut oil over low heat, stir in maple syrup, salt & vanilla extract.
    4. Combine all ingredients and pour into a baking tray layered with baking paper.
    5. Bake for 40 – 50 minutes, flipping halfway through.
    6. Leave to cool. Placing in the fridge will help the ingredients stick together.
    7. Cut and enjoy!
