Brazil Nut Parmesan Style Vegan Cheese

1/2 cup brazil nuts
1 Tbsp yeast flakes
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp onion powder
- Put all ingredients into the blender/liquidiser and whizz up until you have a medium to coarse breadcrumb-type texture.
- Transfer into an airtight container.
