Berry Green Tea Smoothie
- A Dairy-free and banana-free, green smoothie.
- Refreshing pick-me-up.
- Contains ‘good fats’, antioxidants including Vitamin C and minerals.
- Sweetened with Pomegranate Juice and Coconut Syrup.
1 Tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
2 tsp Goji Berry Juice Powder
200ml Pure Pomegranate Juice
5-6 Unblanched Almonds
1 Tbsp Coconut Blossom Nectar Syrup
- 50ml-100ml of recently boiled water, cooled.
- Pour in the entire bottle of Pomegranate Juice, then add the remaining ingredients apart from the Coconut Syrup and water.
- Whizz up for 30 seconds. Taste and then add the Coconut Syrup according to preference.
- Stir or shake (depending on your machine) and blend again for another 30-40 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency. Taste again and dilute with water if you wish. Then serve.
