Wholegrain Spelt

Grown in Le Puy-en-Velay, this Wholegrain Spelt has been simply cooked with olive oil. With a nutty taste and wholesome texture, this ancient grain makes a great healthy alternative to rice and pasta.

Simple to prepare: Can be enjoyed hot or cold.

  • Microwave: Squeeze the pouch to loosen the grains. Tear a 2cm opening at the top and heat for 90s at 1000W or 2 mins at 700W.
  • Hob: Empty contents into a pan and heat through with a dash of water.
