Raw Chocolate Inspiration

Raw chocolate is a delicious alternative for those looking for a healthier treat! Traditional chocolate is made from cacao beans that have been fermented, roasted, ground down, pressed and mixed with fat and sugar to create the conventional chocolate bars we see in the shops.

Raw chocolate is created from beans that have been left to dry naturally and not heated above 40 degrees celsius. This process ensures that the nutrients found in cacao beans are retained - these nutrients include iron, zinc, magnesium, copper and vitamin C. It also means that raw chocolate has super high levels of antioxidants.
