Quick Fruit Kebabs with Sweet Dips

  • Makes enough for 6-8 kebabs
  • A fruit-based snack for all the family.
  • Choose your favourite fruits, nut butter and natural flavourings

Other Ingredients

  • 1 small pear
  • 1 eating apple
  • 8 strawberries
  • 12-14 large red grapes

Method

  1. Wash all the fruit and pat dry with kitchen roll. Chop the pear and apple into skewer sized chunks.
  2. Slide the chunks of fruit onto each skewer in attractive patterns.
  3. Lay out on a serving plate, platter or tray.
  4. Mix up the coconut sugar and the Pumpkin Spice and pour into a cake case or little dip dish. Then in a small bowl mix up the almond butter, honey and cacao powder into a smooth paste. Transfer into a cake case or dip dish.
  5. Place the dips alongside. Now eat!
  6. Best prepared and eaten fresh. The spiced sugar and chocolate almond dip can be prepared in advance hours or even days ahead.
