Pumpkin Pie Spice - Recipe

  • The perfect spice blend for Pumpkin Pie.
  • Adds a warm, sweet flavour to cakes, icing and puds.
  • Perfect for Halloween, Bonfire Night and Christmas baking.
  • Makes around 80g of ready-to-use spice.


  Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder (100g) - Sussex Wholefoods
3 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder. This is specifically the Ceylon type cinnamon which is from Sri Lanka and is sweeter and more delicate in flavour that Cassia or Chinese Cinnamon.

  Ginger Powder 100g (Hampshire Foods)
2 tsp of Ground Ginger. The warm, sweet spice so popular in sweet baking.

  Ground Nutmeg 50g (Hampshire Foods)
2 tsp Ground Nutmeg. A hot, spicy and earthy flavour perfect to accompany pumpkin.

  Hampshire Foods Ground Allspice 50g
1½ tsp of Ground Allspice.

  Ground Cloves 50g (Hampshire Foods)
1½ tsp of Ground Cloves.


  1. Measure out all the spices into a container with an airtight lid.
  2. Replace the lid and shake until all the spices have mixed.
  3. Your spice blend is ready to use!
