Our award-winning prune juice differs from other fruit juices in the fact it is not made by squeezing fresh fruit, but instead traditionally made using slowly dried plums from varieties that are smaller and denser than the juicier eating ones. They then have the juice extracted after rehydrating them to release a rich and full bodied drink which is virtually fat free.
