MAG365 BF Plus Calcium is an ionic magnesium citrate powder with added calcium, vitamins D3, K2, C and B6, potassium, zinc, and boron. Exotic raspberry lemon flavour, sweetened with steviol glycosides (stevia). Calcium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Supplied as 210g powder.

Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2.5g (approx. one rounded teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to 5.5g (approx. 2.5 teaspoons) per day. MAG365 BF can be taken during meals or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dose can be taken at one time or split throughout the day.
Dissolve in a small amount of water. If using hot water, wait 30 seconds for product to activate; if using cold water, wait 30 minutes before consumption. Fill the remainder of your glass with hot or cold liquid of your choice.
Ionic magnesium citrate (created from a highly absorbable proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate), potassium bicarbonate, calcium lactate, vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), zinc picolinate, boric acid, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin K2-MK7 (trans), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol vegan from algae), natural lemon-raspberry flavour, and steviol glycoside (a compound of the stevia leaf for sweetness)
