Our organic pumpkin powder is a fantastic cupboard staple. It can be used in both sweet and savoury recipes (and many different kinds), all while adding an extra boost of fibre, protein and other nutrients to your dish. Add this into soups, curries and sauces for a sweet, umami kick of flavour. Alternatively you can mix this in with your pasta dishes for the same great umami taste.

This organic pumpkin powder can be baked in with cookies, cakes, bread and pies, you can also add this into smoothies and protein shakes for the extra protein and fibre content. Our pumpkin powder can even be mixed in with butter for a unique, subtle flavour!

You can also add water to this powder to "rehydrate" it and use it in place of pumpkin puree in recipes - to do this add 1 cup of water to 1/4 cup of pumpkin powder, let it to sit for 20-30 minutes, then stir and it's ready to go.

Our organic pumpkin powder is perfect year round, however the flavour is definitely suited to the Autumn season and a number of Autumnal recipes.
