Our Organic Vegan Pad Thai Sauce brings together a delicious blend of the finest quality organic ingredients. We wanted to create a 100% plant-based product and make it without adding refined sugar, which is very common in conventional sauces. The ingredients in a regular Pad Thai sauce include tamarind, palm sugar and fish sauce. For Clearspring Organic Vegan Pad Thai Sauce, we used the finest quality organic tamarind for the sweet and tangy notes and replaced palm sugar with organic date syrup for added sweetness. We've also given it some depth by using rice syrup, apple puree along with savoury notes of garlic and tomatoes.
