Description

A small pack of Organic Sweet Agave Powder, the dry alternative to agave nectar. It is milled from blue agave (Agave Tequilana Weber) grown in Mexico and comes as a soft white powder with a characteristic mild sweetness, faintly caramel, and no bitterness. Organic agave inulin, the plant's own fibre, makes up part of the powder.

Use it as you would sugar in a hot drink, dust it over pancakes and fruit, or whisk it into raw energy balls and no-bake slices where extra liquid is unwelcome. Store the pack somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight.
