How to Cook Pearled Couscous:
- Bring 240ml of water or vegetable broth to a boil for every 80g of dry couscous.
- Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of olive oil (optional).
- Stir in the couscous, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Fluff with a fork before serving.
