Made from organically grown brown linseeds, this finely milled ground flaxseed is a versatile kitchen staple with a mild, nutty flavour and a smooth texture that blends easily into your favourite recipes. Grinding the seeds unlocks their full nutritional potential, making the nutrients more accessible than whole seeds alone.

Ground flaxseed is high in omega-3 fatty acids, particularly alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of ALA. A 15g serving of this ground flaxseed provides approximately 2.8g of ALA.

This product is also high in dietary fibre, with 27.3g per 100g, and is a source of plant-based protein, providing 18.3g per 100g.
