Organic Ground Bay Leaves (Laurus nobilis)

Ground bay leaves are made from dried and finely milled bay laurel leaves (Laurus nobilis). They have a robust, savoury aroma and flavour and are used as a culinary herb in soups, stews, sauces, marinades and spice rubs. This product is certified organic. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Directions

Soups and Stews: Add 1-2 teaspoons of ground bay leaves to soups and stews for a rich, aromatic flavour.

Sauces: Sprinkle into tomato sauces, gravies, and marinades to enhance depth and complexity.

Rubs and Marinades: Incorporate into dry rubs and marinades for meats and vegetables to infuse a subtle, savoury taste.
