Apple Balsamic Vinegar with Live Mother

Rich and fruity with natural apple sweetness, a smooth tang and gentle oak-aged depth.

Contains live cultures that support normal gut microbiota and digestion, raw and unpasteurised to retain natural enzymes.

Crafted from organic apples, naturally fermented with the live Mother, blended with organic apple juice must and slowly rested in French oak casks for a smooth, balanced flavour.

Directions

Roast Veg Glaze: Splash onto roasted carrots, squash or parsnips straight from the oven for natural sweetness and shine.

Simple Balsamic Drizzle: Drizzle over fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and basil for a classic Caprese salad with a fruity twist.

Bread & Oil Dip: Mix with olive oil, season lightly and serve with warm sourdough for a quick appetiser.

Fruit Finisher: Drizzle lightly over strawberries or peaches to bring out their natural sweetness.
