Organic dark 100% chocolate made using the finest-flavoured unroasted Ecuadorian cacao.

An intense dark, yet mellow chocolate as nature intended. Pure,unroasted fine-flavoured Ecuadorian cacao in its most rich and simple form.

Like all our chocolate, this 100% bar is certified organic, vegan and fair-trade. Produced in small batches to tease out the multi-layered flavours which linger on your tongue without any strong bitterness.

We keep our cacao unroasted to preserve the heat-sensitive polyphenols (healthy plant compounds), ensuring our chocolate stays nutrient-rich and full of flavour, as nature intended.
