Millet and Berry Porridge

  • Makes one large bowl, or two smaller bowls.

  Organic Millet Flakes 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
50g Millet Flakes

  Coconut Original Drink + Calcium, 1 Litre (KoKo)
300ml Coconut Milk

  Spanish Orange Blossom Honey, Clear 350g (Honeycomb)
1 tbsp Clear Honey, to taste

  Pure Vanilla Powder, Organic 50g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 tsp Vanilla Powder

  Organic Goji Berries (500g) - Sussex WholeFoods
1 tbsp Goji Berries

  Organic Pecan Pieces 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
20g Pecan Pieces

  Chia Seeds 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 tsp Chia Seeds

  Profusion Himalayan Rose Pink Salt - fine 500g
1 pinch Pink Salt

Other Ingredients

  • Handful of fresh strawberries - sliced.


  1. Add the millet flakes, vanilla powder, salt and milk to a pan and bring to the boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for between 5 - 10 minutes, until the desired consistency has been achieved.
  3. Serve immediately. Top with sliced fresh strawberries, pecans, chia seeds, goji berries and drizzle with honey.
