Mild Green Curry Paste

Lotus Thai Green paste is a vibrant concentrate containing Oriental herbs, including: coriander, lemon grass, garlic, kaffir lime, galangal, sweet basil, cumin and hot green chilli. It is bursting with flavour and tastes like what we can only describe as an "Oriental Pesto" with a chilli hint.
This paste can be used in curry dishes and tastes particularly good when combined with coconut milk and fish. It also makes a delicious marinade or paste to spread onto food for the grill.
Ingredients:
Coriander, Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Lemon Grass, Shallot, Galangal, Water, Wlid Ginger, Green Hot Chilli, Salt, Sugar, Kaffirlime Peel, Sweet Basil, Turmeric, Coriander Seed, Cumin, acidity regulator: Citric Acid.
