At Healthy Supplies, our checkout system is simple to use, whilst
also being very secure. In particular, you do not have to login in order to make a purchase, which saves a lot of frustration.
A login is automatically created for you once you purchase something from us.
This secures your order data with a password, so that you can come back and
check on the status of your order. You can change the password at any time.
Any following orders that you place will automatically be protected by the
same password. There is no need to log in again in order to place these orders,
though if you choose to log in, your name and address details will be remembered
from before. It's very simple and flexible.
For added security, we never store your credit card details.
Companies that store credit card details are far more likely to be
attacked by fraudsters.
Although this means that you must enter your credit card details every
time you place an order,
we feel that the benefits outweigh the risks. See our credit card security page for a further explanation.
Logins
allow you to do the following:
- Logins allow you to view your order history, and to track orders, though our
email status updates are also informative, and do not require logging in.
- You can questions and comments on our comments section
(comments are primarily for reviews, questions etc)
- You can subscribe to our monthly email newsletter.
Of course, you can unsubscribe
at any time, by clicking on a simple link within the email.
You can create a login manually without placing an order, for example if you just want to write a comment
on one of our pages.
