L-Glutamine is one of the twenty amino acids that make up dietary protein. It occurs naturally in a wide range of foods including meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, beans, lentils, cabbage and spinach.
Our Sussex Wholefoods L-Glutamine powder is produced by fermentation from corn-derived glucose, making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians. This 1kg pouch offers better value per gram than our 500g size for regular users.
