    Method

    1. Measure out the dry porridge mix into a microwaveable bowl. Stir in the cashew nut milk (other nut or seed milk, soya or rice milk).
    2. Microwave on high for up to 2 minutes or simmer on the hob for around 5 minutes. Stir a few times. You should have achieved a thick dropping consistency.
    3. Spoon over the cashew nut butter, cashews, fruit and drizzle over the maple syrup.
    4. Now enjoy!
