Japanese Horseradish Powder

Organically grown.
Naturally hot and spicy condiment.
Just add warm water and mix.
Use as an accompaniment to sushi.
Use to add spice to dips and mayonnaise.

This ready-blended, ground Wasabi and Horseradish powder provides the perfect heat and flavour combination for accompanying Japanese dishes as well as a condiment for more traditionally European dishes such as pan-fried steak.

To prepare: add 1 part warm water to 2 parts powder. Mix into a smooth paste. Cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes to the allow the flavour to fully develop. Use sparingly whilst fresh. i.e: make up fresh each time you need it as the mixed paste will dry out, discolour and therefore does not store well.
