Directions

Walnut oil is used as an alternative to olive oil in dips and salads. This toasted walnut oil from Clearspring is unrefined, hence retaining the full flavour. Mix with a nice vinegar, together with herbs to make a wonderful vinaigrette for drizzling over a salad.
