This walnut butter has been prepared from unroasted walnuts and has a strong walnut flavour. As is usual with walnuts there is a slight bitter-nuttiness to the taste. You can temper this bitterness by sweetening or by adding a small amount of salt.

Mix with honey, Sukrin Gold or maple syrup for a sweet filling for pancakes or cakes.
