Three Colour Quinoa Grain

  • Nutritious, high protein food.
  • Use in place of rice or pasta.
  • A pretty looking alternative to cous cous.
  • Use as accompaniment to a meal or stir into soups or stews.
This is a large bulk bag of mixed colour organic quinoa including red, black and white quinoa. Quinoa is a versatile savoury ingredient that usually takes around 15 to 20 minutes to cook. It can be eaten hot or cold and suits many types of cuisine from Japanese Teriyaki salmon (instead of rice) to a hearty stew (instead of pearl barley).

Quinoa grain itself is naturally gluten-free, however we are unable to guarantee that this product is completely free from gluten contamination.
